DMCA & AI Content Policy
Last updated: July 6, 2026 · Peaceful Crown, LLC
Peaceful Crown, LLC respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects users of Arturo (the "Service") to do the same. This policy explains (a) our procedure for responding to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512, and (b) important disclaimers regarding AI-generated Outputs.
Part A — AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
The Service uses automated systems, including third-party artificial-intelligence models, to generate cropped assets, reconstructed images, font matches, color palettes, and text ("Outputs") from content you upload.
- No warranty of originality. AI models can, by design or by accident, produce outputs that resemble or reproduce third-party works, trademarks, logos, brand elements, likenesses, or other protected material. Peaceful Crown, LLC does not — and cannot — guarantee that any Output is original, non-infringing, licensed, or free of third-party claims.
- No warranty of accuracy. Font matches, color values, and extracted text are approximations produced by heuristic and machine-learning methods. They may be wrong. Font names are third-party marks belonging to their respective owners; nothing in the Service licenses those fonts to you.
- User responsibility. You are solely responsible for reviewing each Output and for determining, before any downstream use, whether it is lawful, licensed, and appropriate for your intended use. You bear all risk of using Outputs.
- Third-party models. Outputs are generated in part by third-party AI providers whose training data, terms, and outputs Peaceful Crown, LLC does not control.
These disclaimers do not limit any additional disclaimers, indemnities, or limitations of liability set out in the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
Part B — Copyright Takedown Procedure (DMCA)
1. Notice of Alleged Infringement
If you believe that material accessible through the Service infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to act on behalf of, send a written notice to our Designated Agent (below) containing substantially the following information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):
- a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent;
- identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works);
- identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., a URL);
- your contact information (address, telephone number, email);
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
2. Designated Agent
DMCA notices must be sent to:
DMCA Designated Agent
Peaceful Crown, LLC
Email: support@arturoassets.com
Notices that do not substantially comply with 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) may not be actionable. False or misleading notices may result in liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
3. Counter-Notice
If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g) to the Designated Agent above, containing:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the material that was removed and its former location;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the U.S., any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice.
4. Repeat Infringers
We will, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
5. AI Outputs Are Also Covered
If an AI-generated Output produced by the Service allegedly infringes a copyright you own, you may submit a DMCA notice using the procedure above. Because Outputs are generated in response to user input and by third-party models, Peaceful Crown, LLC disclaims all liability for the content of Outputs to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the user who generated the Output remains responsible for its use.
