Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Peaceful Crown, LLC ("we," "us") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with the Arturo service (the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information you provide

• Account information: email address, password (stored as a salted hash by our authentication provider), and, if you use OAuth, the identifiers returned by that provider.
• Uploaded content: images and files you upload, boxes/selections you draw, and text prompts. See Section 3 for how we handle uploaded content.
• Billing information: plan tier, transaction IDs, and metadata returned by our payment processor. We do not store full payment-card numbers.
• Communications: messages you send us, including support requests.

1.2 Information we collect automatically

• Log data (IP address, user-agent, timestamps, referring URL, feature usage).
• Device and browser information.
• Cookies and similar technologies required for authentication and to remember preferences.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide, secure, and operate the Service and generate Outputs you request.
• To bill and administer paid plans, including through our payment processor.
• To communicate with you, including transactional and service-related notices.
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, and policy violations.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
• To improve the Service, using aggregated or de-identified data where practical.

3. Uploaded Content & AI Processing

Images and files you upload are stored in our cloud storage bucket in order to generate the Outputs you request. To produce Outputs, portions of your uploaded content may be transmitted to third-party AI-model providers we use as processors. We do not sell your uploaded content, and we do not use it to train foundation AI models. You may delete a project at any time, which removes the associated files from active storage subject to backup and log retention periods.

4. How We Share Information

We share information only in these limited circumstances:

• Service providers (processors): cloud hosting, database, storage, authentication, payment processing, and AI-model providers, each under a written agreement restricting their use of the information to providing services to us.
• Legal and safety: to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect our rights and property, or prevent harm.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
• With your consent: in any other case, with your direction or consent.

We do not sell personal information for money.

5. Cookies

We use strictly-necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember essential preferences. We do not currently use advertising cookies. Your browser can be set to refuse cookies, but the Service may not function correctly without them.

6. Data Retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active and for a commercially reasonable period after closure to satisfy tax, accounting, security, and legal obligations. Uploaded content is retained for the life of the project unless you delete it. Backups and logs are rotated on a rolling schedule.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA), the EEA/UK (GDPR), and other jurisdictions with similar laws may have additional rights. To exercise your rights, email support@arturoassets.com. We will verify your request as required by law.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including transport encryption (TLS), row-level authorization on user data, and access controls for personnel. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International Users

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the United States, you consent to the transfer, storage, and processing of your information in the United States and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate, which may have different data-protection laws than your jurisdiction.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice; the "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
